1. I originally just called Boyd out of the yellow pages and he turned out to be one of the best I have ever dealt with.
2. His knowledge of specific statutory law combined with exceptional courtroom litigation techniques, honesty and reasonable rates makes him outstanding in my experience.
3. I have consulted with Boyd a number of times. Each time he went beyond what other lawyers do to get me the right information or get me the right documentation or sit next to me in court and get results
very patient
Mr. Buckingham served as a mediator in my family law case a few weeks ago. In my case the issues included accusations of domestic violence, parental rights, and division of time with the children. Mr. Buckingham's approach bordered on unprofessional. He came across as dismissive and partial. In addition, rather than focus on the major areas of disagreement, he wasted time (and money) discussion ancillary details that were of little consequence. I would not recommend Mr. Buckingham as a mediator.
Mr. Buckingham was the mediator at my divorce settlement conference. I strongly recommend not using him in this role. He was glib, disinterested, and out of touch. I did not feel like he acted professionally and impartially.
