Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I was living a horrible nightmare having been falsely accused of a crime. I contacted Ristenpart and she started right away working on my case. She and her team quickly uncovered evidence and a witness the police "forgot" to mention in their reports which exonerated me completely. The whole case was dismissed immediately by the judge. She is by far the best.
Theresa and her team are phenomenal. From the initial consult to getting my case dismissed, she was able to always answer my questions and keep me informed about what is going on with my case. Highly recommend!
Ristenpart Law helped me seal a record from years ago. I was always embarrassed about my criminal history from a charge when I was younger. It took about 3 months to get the whole process done and now I can legally say I have never been arrested or convicted of anything.
I have had to use several lawyers for various aspects of my business. Theresa and her team have given me unparalleled legal council. I cannot recommend Ristenpart Law more highly, as their quality of service and value for price are superb. Theresa and her team were very responsive to my needs and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Their communication is excellent. She thoughtfully explained my options, allowing me to feel confident in my decisions. I am very satisfied.
We hired Theresa and signed a release of liability form for a conflict of interest with her upon our first consultation. There were two of us who hired her and therefore, had two cases, even though it was the same incident. She led us along until the day before my court date and then backed out, claiming a conflict of interest. She kept my $4,000. When I requested a refund, she sent me a bill that showed the time she spent on our case. When push came to shove and I needed her to represent me in court, she backed out and kept my money. She also didn't show up for our first meeting. She told me that she was busy moving her office.
