HIRE THEM NOW!! This was unfortunately not my first injury case, but it was my first with an absolutely amazing team behind me. When I first met Steve, I told him that I was primarily there because I had seen no ads, ("if you're on a billboard, I probably don't want you") yet he was recommended, and I was fortunate enough to see why. Steve Klearman and his Team were so great to work with. I was in a car accident and not at fault. The other driver was working and he had insurance but the company he was working for did not, plus I had to have 2 surgeries, so it was not going to be an easy case; however, Steve and his Team did make that process painless for me. It took time because of the delays from the other parties but Steve saw it through and was tenacious with them and more than fair with me. I highly recommend!

This office was excellent with our case. We were hit by a woman that dropped her coffee. We couldn't get the information from the police about the accident. The office of Steven Klearman was able to get the information and handled EVERYTHING! There was no exaggeration of our chances of winning a court case. And in the end they were able to settle out of court. When we had questions it was never a bother for them to answer them. They were genuine and caring!

After being injured in a car accident, I never even thought to get an attorney. But let me tell you, the process is a long, very involving and confusing process. In the end, the other peoples insurance didn't want to pay for the damages done.
Being disabled and having to pay for all medical bills out of pocket, it wasn't something I could just let go and allow the insurance company to walk all over me. I called and met with at least six or seven different attorneys about my case, and Steven was far and away the best. He actually answered all my questions during our consultation, and was more interested in talking about what was best for me and what he could do for me, unlike others who just wanted to talk about what THEY could get out of my case.
His whole office and staff were very help full through the whole process. They literally took care of everything for me. Whenever I had a question, it was answered directly upon calling, no need to wait for days for someone to call back.
In the end we ended up settling out of court. We could have gone farther, and this would have resulted in Steven himself earning more money as well, but he recommended to settle, as it worked best for ME. He truly looks after his clients, and that seems a hard thing to come by if you have ever dealt with any other attorneys in the area. I know if I am ever injured again, he is the first person I am calling, and I will only recommend him to my family and friends.
