As many people already know, since we live in a world where positive reviews can be purchased, written by an alias, friend, or family member, it’s the negative reviews you really need to pay attention to as those are the ones that are truly authentic. I believe all of the positive reviews of Steve Osborne’s practice to not be authentic. Let me start by saying how truly unprofessional his assistant Jessica is. She takes it upon herself to decide which cases she will even show to Steve to let him decide whether or not to take their case. She has such a major chip on her shoulder. I have never met such a bitter women as Jessica in the entire world. Perhaps that’s because she is the ugliest and fattest person in the entire world. And she handles herself like an uneducated piece of white trash. Actually getting in potential clients faces, yelling at them, cussing at them, and threatening them. Nothing about her is classy or professional.
