Cory handled a W/C for me in the past and was exceptional. His attention to detail and courtroom demeanor was impressive. In all honesty, I would be completely lost without Cory Santos Attorney. I do not know how I could have done it on my own. This is how the insurance companies get you. It has been a @#$ show. We have had to have multiple court dates because of the insurance company and their stupid attorneys. They would send information to the wrong address just to mess with us. They turned off my TTD checks twice and Cory had to go to court to get the judge to order it to be paid. My credit was terrible after this but that is what the insurance company Berkshire wants. I even had to get an IME evaluation just to show my treating doctor was telling the truth about my back injury and still the insurance fought me. I do not feel like the Nevada laws actually help injured people at work. Get Attorney Cory in your corner because he cares.

Cory handled my workmen’s comp case and got me more then they/workman’s comp wanted to settle for. Cory found by reviewing my medical records things that workmen’s comp either over looked or hoped we would!! He continues to help me when needed and ALWAYS gets back to me directly!!!
