Hired Attorney

There are no words strong enough to express what Kathleen meant to me during one of the most painful and uncertain chapters of my life. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in the right hands—not just legally, but emotionally. She wasn’t just my attorney—she became a steady, compassionate presence when everything else felt like it was falling apart. Kathleen is brilliant, no doubt. She knew the law inside and out, and her ability to think five steps ahead gave me confidence I didn’t even know I had. But beyond that, it was her warmth, patience, and genuine care that made all the difference. She never rushed me, never made me feel like I was asking too much. She listened—really listened—and then fought for me with everything she had. There were days I broke down in her office, and she met me with nothing but grace and strength. She believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself, and that kind of support is something I’ll never forget.

Going through a custody battle is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone—but having Kathleen by my side made all the difference in the world. From the very first meeting, she approached my case with compassion, clarity, and a deep understanding of how emotional and high-stakes custody issues can be. Kathleen never treated me like just another client. She truly took the time to understand what mattered most—my child’s well-being—and she fought for that every step of the way. She was steady when I felt overwhelmed, honest when I needed clarity, and always made me feel like I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared. She didn’t just know the law—she knew how to apply it with heart. Her courtroom presence was calm but commanding, and I felt completely safe trusting her to speak for me and for my child’s best interests. She was always prepared, always thoughtful, and incredibly respectful of how emotional the process was for me. Her team, Mira and Kellie, were just as amazing

When my custody case went to trial, I was terrified. The stakes couldn’t have been higher—my child’s future was on the line—and I honestly didn’t know how I was going to hold it together. But Kathleen did. From the moment we walked into the courtroom, she carried the entire weight of the case with confidence, grace, and incredible preparation. Watching her in trial was something I’ll never forget. She was calm, focused, and completely in control. She knew every detail of my case, every piece of evidence, and every angle the other side might take. She anticipated everything, responded thoughtfully, and made sure the judge saw the truth of my situation. She didn’t just advocate—she delivered. What really stood out was how much heart she brought to it. It wasn’t just about “winning” the case. It was clear that Kathleen cared about my child, my family.

Kathleen's inexperience has been evident through-out my case. She assured me of certain outcomes that did not happen and made a simple case much more complicated. She lacked respect for opposing parties and their attorneys and was rude and unprofessional. She jumped to threats of litigation instead of trying to resolve things amicably. I wanted someone who would represent me but she was overly aggressive and ended up costing me and my ex-husband thousands of dollars going back and fourth. I would not recommend her and was deeply disappointed in her representation.
