I was involved in a car accident a few months ago and was really having a hard time with the insurance companies involved. Mine and the other drivers! Neither of them wanted to pay anything. I called Kathleen's office and spoke with her assistant Mike. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone going over my coverage with my insurer and giving me instruction on how to deal with the adjusters. I ended up getting my bills paid through my own med pay insurance coverage. (which my company didn't even tell me about!) I ended up not needing a lawyer because my case was very small but calling Kathleen's office made the process so much easier and I would not hesitate to use them in the future if I ever get hurt in an accident again. They were attentive, responsive, caring and great to deal with!!

Unless you've lost a limb, don't count on any help from this law firm. by the time you pay them their 1/3rd you wont see a dime. they are terrible at returning emails and phone calls. They will fold at the first offer from the insurance company. you can do much better on your own. Its been 6 months and we can;t even get them to return an email.
