Kind of weird for an old man to just stare at my 16 year old Daught licking his lips, while he should of been focusing on my divorce case. Seems to understand the law, until we got in front of judge. It was embarrassing how he bumbled around and fumbled through papers. Even the judge asked him to be more organized next time in her court. But he sure liked watching the judge at work....
Jonathan is not a bad lawyer and he knows the law. He can be very abrasive and not very understanding. He also allowed our case to go on way too long and I feel I was overcharged. I do not know if I would ever recommend him for a family lawyer. He would be fine for something not so personal.
Very poor communication and delivery of service. Was to respond to and file papers in correspondence to a case before opposing client, did not do this but told us he did over and over, At court date months forward he there and then filed our claim and answers. So we were at a disadvantage during the court appearance. He also does not always listen to his client and proceeds on his own. As part of his poor performance we hired another attorney to finish the case but he put us in a hole. He also used an unethical praxtice incollection on what he thought was his final billing.
