Jeffrey H. Ballin is a Partner at Resnick & Louis' Las Vegas office. Mr. Ballin’s practice focuses on personal injury, general liability, construction defect, commercial and contractual disputes, and medical malpractice cases. He has successfully handled professional liability claims for accountants, healthcare, and other licensed professionals. He also has experience in subrogation. Mr. Ballin has extensive litigation experience. He has represented individuals, businesses, contractors, and design professionals in courts throughout Nevada, New York, and South Carolina and has achieved successful resolutions of high exposure cases through trial, arbitration, and mediation. Mr. Ballin received his J.D. from Hofstra University in 1986. He received his B.A. from Hamilton College in 1983 where he graduated cum laude, majored in history, and minored in music. And, he received his M.B.A. from Hofstra University in 1991 where he majored in finance.In his free time, Mr. Ballin enjoys spending time with his wife and three teenage children.
