Now my perm partial disability from the ins. co is all messed up, and after sending his office all the papers, As previously conveyed to you, I provided Jay with the PPD evaluation for review. He has asked that I further convey to you, that he is going to decline taking on the matter, but believes you should seek assistance from an attorney
