I have seen David Allen & Associates add on the T.V., one day. I have been denied two times by the social security disability. When I have called there office they have sent me a form to fill out. I have sent them the form back to them. The team has guided me to send them the document's that they need for my claim. I have filed in the year 2015 when I have called the Law firm. There has been hearing June 2018, after the hearing my Lawyer has said it would be better to take your SSD at the age 55
they were a great help in getting my wife disability after injuring her back and being denied 3 times. they were attentive to our needs, listened, and were professionally aggressive in researching and proving our case. i would recommend them highly.
The lawyer I worked with was very concerned about me receiving my SSD. I only met him once and after that he took care of everything. Smooth transaction and they made me feel that my case was just as important as a multi-million dollar case.
They are good as long as you are on top of things yourself, if you are not aware of your rights you would want a different firm.
The case was almost thrown out due to the legal assistant sending in over 100 pages of supporting evidence the day before the hearing, it was against the ALJ rules. the lawyer had to scramble to convince the judge to hear our case. Also there was hidden fees not disclosed to me. In the end we won the case, and that was the mission.
Contacted and retained (on commission) the firm to try to get SSI and/or Social Security Disability (SSDI) mid '15. Was hospitalized all of 12/15, but apparently didn't qualify for disability (SSI) until 1/16. Was disqualified for SSDI by ONE month (had to qualify by 12/15). Law firm was "unable" to get hospital records for 12/15, but was happy to get paid for SSI award, then wanted to try for SSDI. Apparently a slam dunk case once judge saw me 7/18. Lawyers got paid again for higher SSDI award.
poor communication
Ignored and withheld evidence at Hearing, rushed me through all appointments, did not present pertinent details of my story to Judge, did not afford me the time to do so. Under the circumstances, should have asked for continuance to collect more evidence - didn't. Did not return one single call, e-mail, voice mail or direct message regarding doctor's testimony. Did not even respond to the doctor who hadsubmit testimony stating I was incapable of returning to work. Mishandled case badly. Blew it.
Jonathan Hendricks would not call me back and he closed my case without notifying me at all. Repeated tries to contact Jonathan Hendricks in Stockton ca have been useless. He is not worth 20.00
