Charged nearly $8,000, charged $300 per phone call and spent about 15 minutes in court twice, and when it took another court date to finalize custody arrangements, child support and divorce decree, she refused to represent my daughter unless I paid another $3,000. I couldn't pay anymore so my daughter (21 years old) had to represent herself, successfully I might add. Thank God the judge was a woman. I spent the only money I had on an inept, uncaring attorney that did absolutely nothing for her.
We had the same experience as the previous person who paid $8,000. We paid much more and lost our case because she was inept and unprepared in court. A court appointed attorney would be better, at least they may care for their client.
