Bret Whipple represented my partner and I in a case that almost ruined our lives. We were facing a substantial amount of time and because of him taking the time to really review our case, he was able to clear our name. His Office Staff is not organized. I had to call and verify everytime I sent a document to make sure it got in my file. Bret forgot my file but I had my set of documents with me so we were able to make our case solvent. Bret had a working relationship with the people of the court that was good and reputable, so he worked in my favor in the courtroom. So despite office disorganization he had court skills to make up for it.
