If you’re going to trust anyone in guiding you through this process, then Lindsay Hart is the lawyer for you! She is the best of the best. I was so impressed with her level of professionalism, logic and wisdom. She is extremely trustworthy, which was very crucial for me in feeling confident in the decisions that needed to be made. She helped me incredibly with my divorce and custody and all of my friends, family and colleagues that I’ve referred to her since then, have all been extremely pleased with her hard work. I highly recommend!
Very professional yet maintaining a compassionate side for my case. Very knowledgeable. She gave me a strong side but still kept things realistic, telling me what could happen if things did not go entirely as planned. She was very quick to respond, sometimes even in the evenings, as she has a large client list. I felt that my case was important to her. I appreciated the personable characteristics that she portrayed. As well as her aggressiveness with the case.
This lawyer is very adversarial and will run you dry financially. She created conflict and ultimately forced to me to more court proceedings. I had to fire her as she ran me broke with no resolve in with my family matter. She is very responsive and communicates effectively. She should be helping resolve the issues, and not contributing to it.
Terrible experience. Took years to complete and cost much more than it should have. Legal fees to this lawyer were greater than the equity to be split in the property settlement. Did not let me know I could get a divorce after one year and did not apply for the divorce until after she was questioned about why it hadn’t happened after 3 years. I felt that she was more concerned with her monthly billing than my case. Stay away!
