Medical Malpractice

Hired Attorney

Daniel is currently in the final stretch of handling my medical malpractice case. I can wholeheartedly attest that he is extremely hard-working, caring, compassionate, and dedicated to his craft. Three years ago, I suffered a severe stroke, resulting in a botched bariatric surgery. As a result of a leak that was left unattended, I am now a permanent hemiplegic and need care around the clock. Despite that, after meeting Dan I am now extremely confident that I'm finally due for some good news.

I found Dan to be very direct and honest. He presented the facts that were pertinent to our case and didn't waste time and money on the theatrics. I am confident that he will be successful when our case goes to pre trial. Thank you Dan for your compassion and honesty!
