Ms. Rowe joined the firm Aaron, Riechert, Carpol & Riffle, APC in July of 2007. Ms. Rowe earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of California, San Diego in 2001. In 2006, Ms. Rowe graduated from New England School of Law, in Boston, Massachusetts, where she was a member of the Dean's List during all three years of attendance. After receiving her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Rowe went on to complete a Masters of Law in Taxation at Boston University, graduating in the spring of 2007. While in law school, Ms. Rowe served as Law Clerk to Commissioner Frank Schraffa of the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board.
Ms. Rowe is on the Executive Committee of the Trust and Estates Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association, and a member of the Board for the Women Lawyers' Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association.
Ms. Rowe’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and trust and estate litigation. Ms. Rowe is on the San Mateo County Independent Counsel Panel, and works often on the area of conservatorship law, representing both conservatees and conservators.
