I live in Texas but Hired Mr. Levine for a case I had while on vacation in California. He was very affordable, and took care of everything for me. He appeared in court for me and handled everything promptly. Boy that last person must have had a really bad day.My experience is totally different,I believe Mr. Levine is quite knowlegable and gets right to the point saving me money in the long run. I can only assume that a consultation without any further meant that the previous person wasn't a good candidate for further representation. I HIRED MR.KNOX FOR MY DIVORCE CASE AND PAID MY RETAINER AFTER PRESENTING ALL MY PAPERWORK AND INFO,SINCE DAY 1 IN CONSULTATION HE WAS VERY ARROGANT AND SHORT,I WAS REFERRED TO HIM BY A FRIEND THAT USED HIM FOR A CRIMINAL CASE SO I WAS VERY HESITANT ABOUT A FAMILY CASE.AFTER PAYING RETAINER AND EXPLAINED WHAT I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH HIS ONLY WORDS TO ME WERE"THE JUDGE WILL DO WHAT HE WANTS TO DO" OK??? SO WHY DO I NEED YOU?? HE NEVER FILED A MOTION OR DID HE RESPOND MY COURT SUMMONS CLAIMING HE WAS GONNA CONTACT HER ATTORNEY TO WORK OUT A AGREEMENT TO SAVE ME MONEY. (yea right). WHEN OUR COURT DATE CAME THE JUDGE LITEWRALLY MADE HIM LOOK LIKE A JOKE ASKING HIM WHY HE DID NOT FILE RESPONSE AND TURNS OUT IT WAS FREE!! HOW CAN A ATTORNEY NOT KNOW COURT FEES!! AFTER VARIOUS EMAILS AND CALLS NEVER DID I GET A ANSWER TO NOT 1 QUESTION FROM HIM OR HIS PARALEGAL AT ALL THEY HAVE TERRIBLE ATTITUDES AND I GOT NOTHING. NOT A SINGLE TIME DID HE DEFEND ME OR FIGHT FOR MEAND STILL GOT VERY UPSET
