Michelle Brooker is a Southern California native. She graduated cum laude from the Kaplan University earning her B.S. in Paralegal Studies before obtaining her Juris Doctorate in 2015 from Concord Law School.
While pursuing her juris doctorate, Michelle was active within her legal community. In addition to serving as President of the CLS Student Chapter of the Federalist Society and as an active member of the CLS Bar Association, Michelle dedicated her time to public service in Family Law through her work as an intern with Family Law Assistance Center (“FLAC”) located within the Riverside County Courts. In the FLAC office, she assisted low income residents with their family law matters. Michelle became a lawyer to help those in need. In continuing that philosophy, Michelle donates her time on a monthly basis to “Second Saturday”, a divorce workshop held in Temecula where she provides attendees with information pertaining to community property, child custody, visitation, child support and spousal support.
In 2015, Michelle joined a large family law firm in Riverside County where she handled an extensive case load practicing exclusively family law. In 2019, Michelle joined another large family law firm where she continued to expand her practice to include adoption and guardianships. Michelle quickly rose through the ranks to become a partner before opening her own practice in 2022.
