Hired Attorney Michael McCarthy

Sell out attorney at his best , all he cares about is your money and his relationship with the prosecutor's, he will try and talk you into taking plea bargains that only benefit you accusers. He took no time to hear my side of the story and held my preliminary exam with out discovery, I have the incident on Camara and a witness, he ignored me with that and proceeded to get me bound over to Wayne County jail where I spent 6 months with a 500k bond because he couldn't even argue my bond because he knew nothing about my case or facts of what happened, he will just relay what the prosecutor's have in store for you and recommend you take their deal , what a joke , when he visited me in Wayne County I felt like I was talking to my accusers not my 15k attorney. Do not hire this crook , I recommend Mohammed Nassar out of Taylor, he's partner with Edward Martel, do your research please, your freedom depends on it !

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
