BEWARE!! I reached out to Jacob Levin Law regarding my mentally impaired mother, as I live out of state. I’ve spoken to him before about her case, but this time, after two unanswered calls, I was met with an incredibly rude receptionist. She answered with an irritated "HELLO!" and immediately became hostile. When I introduced myself and stated my reason for calling, she screamed at me, accusing me of interrupting her, which I did not. She laughed, belittled me, and told me she couldn’t help. I am a receptionist myself, and I understand busy days, but I always try to help people with kindness and respect. What I experienced was unprofessional and disrespectful. I had hoped to get clarification on my mother’s well-being, but instead, I was met with unnecessary hostility. I then posted a review, hoping to express my frustration, and Jacob Levin himself called me. However, instead of addressing the receptionist's unprofessionalism, he demanded I remove the review and hung up.
