Excellent Attorney. Shows up and works hard to present the facts. We would absolutely recommend Ann. We found Ann to be straight forward, compassionate, trustworthy and very capable in handling our case. We felt safe in knowing Ann was representing us.
she defended my son in a criminal matter and i would refer her in a heart beat she was always there and worked hard
Not a positive experience unfortunately. My case was difficult and when Ann couldn’t focus on it she passed me over to Beth. Emails went unanswered and information that I submitted somehow never got addressed. I wish there would have been more of a degree of understanding and professionalism and unfortunately there just wasn’t. On my court date Ann arrived late looking very disheveled. I was told that I had to sign my husband settlement or she was going to quit. She was completely unprepared. I was hoping for a bit more bandwidth but it just wasn’t there. The office has her name only but know that it is Ann and Beth and one will pass you to the other if she doesn’t feel like dealing with you. After a 30 year marriage I was hoping for a degree of empathy and understanding but my sense is that Ann is just burned out and should probably just retire.
I hired Ann weaver because I heard such great things. What an absolute joke. Ann got absolutely nothing accomplished in court if it wasn't for me being beyond fed up with court going absolutely no where and speaking up and saying things to the judge myself I'd still be going to court and would have probably lost. She charged me for work that I had done. She never met with me before court cases. She lied and twisted my words which could have gotten me in alot of trouble for the lies. She then contacted me one time via email to which I hadn't noticed and suddenly I had a letter in the mail stating she had dropped me as her client because of my lack of communication but she never returned calls never did meetings I could go on and on. She then hit me with multiple charges for things she did not do and I am now going to small claims court because she is so broke she is trying to sue me for 912$ mind you we went to court 3 times and I had already paid her 4500$. I have counter claim.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST NEVER EVER WOULD I SUBJECT SOME TO HER. Very poor communication unless it had to do with billing. She did not review the information provided to her and her office. Never prepped or spoke to me about trial not even to say do you have anyone you want to call as a witness. Was supposed to send in a referral didn't even know what I was referred there for and push it off to the AFC. Never got the update reports from the the referral services. Which ultimately lose the trial.
