Toby Grabelle, while reasonably priced for a lawyer in this area, will promise you way more than she can deliver and encourage you to keep 'fighting' for unreasonable results. Of course, that guarantees her more of an income stream. In addition, her preparation for court was so poor that it was embarrassing.

Hired Law Firm

Toby Grabelle will promise you way more than she can deliver. She claims to have reviewed paperwork and documents and then have no insight or knowledge of the content at your appointments. My fiance drafted both letters almost in entirety and Grabelle's office still charged for the letter. She urged me not to go to court which of course, guarantees her more of an income stream in long mediation. She was never prepared for our meetings and very unresponsive to emails.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
