The final agreement worked out to be nearly the same as the generous offer 6 months prior that Sylvia refused to respond to. Sylvia is known as a fighter. The truth is that her motivation is to argue and delay so as to increase her bills and cause conflict that makes more work for her. Do not hire Sylvia. Find a lawyer who will represent your interests and work towards a fair settlement without unnecessary legal fees and unreasonable delay.
