About Martin Sullivan

Martin Sullivan is a Partner in our Red Bank, New Jersey, office. He comes to HBS with extensive experience in the area of general liability including premises, dram shop, products, auto and trucking matters, construction cases, and municipal tort liability cases.

Martin has tried cases to verdict in the state courts of New Jersey and has been involved in numerous arbitrations and mediations as well. He is admitted to practice law before the courts of the state of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Martin received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in English and History from Rutgers University.

In his free time, Martin enjoys music and spending time at the beach with his family.
