Jim Nardelli takes on the classic gold digger wife of 40 days 26 years after my Father-in-laws death from ALS and WINS! After our previous attorney from one of the most prestigious firms in the area told us " you got nothing" and " you should move into a low income rental" and took our hard earned money we contacted Jim who not only said we have a case but did so on a contingency basis and took on one ruthless cut throat punk attorney with an entire team billing out for him and a 78 year old gold digger who almost got away with cleaning out my husband's entire inheritance. We cannot recommend him enough and how compassionate and brilliant and real he is. Finally free from this evil woman and sleeping good! Jim is the best of the best! ♥️⚖️

Hired Attorney James M. Nardelli

Mr. Nardelli provided me with the best and greatest representation I have ever seen. He is very straight forward in explaining things and also there for his client when needed. His knowledge and experience made me completely at ease even when dealing with constant changes and accusations by the estates executor. He handled any matter that came up instantly. Well worth what I was charged for all the things he did in my case.. Would recommend him highly to anyone needing his areas of expertise.

Hired Attorney James M. Nardelli

One of the most decent attorneys you will ever find. My life would be a wreck without him. He is straightforward and honest. He handled a really ugly estate litigation for me, taking on a nasty, vengeful sister, her crooked lawyer & the most crooked judge in the state of New Jersey (recently removed from the bench). All this, & on a contingency basis. He could have got 1/3 of the settlement but instead billed me at a comparatively low hourly rate, which wound up being $94,000 less!
