An absolutely horrible experience: after agreeing to take over my case from another attorney that became ill, Dawn Mimms did absolutely nothing. The case was extremely time sensitive and each day that it was postponed cost me an additional $100. After approximately six weeks of attempting to contact Ms. Mimms, she finally responded to an email and insisted I send her a check for $1500. She promptly cashed the check and I haven't heard from her, since. Had to hire another attorney.
