I don`t believe that I have ever used Hensley Law Practice before ? I`am having problems with AT&T ,The City of Raymore and a crew that AT&T hired to dig ! They came into my property without my knowledge and dug not 1 but 3 different Holes ! After lying to me they inserted a large Tank ! After that they refused to repair and or replace the damage that they did to my property ! The City Manager of Raymore has refused to help ! I believe that they are trying to please the new Builder of our area !
Mr. Hensley gets on the ball and gets the job done. He explains what he is doing. He has your back and doesn't force you to go one way or the other. He treats you with dignity and respect. He does all of this for a fair price.
Doesn't listen, tends to cut you off. Dismissive.Did not cover all issues when specifically told what issues needed to be worked out. Did not get copies of filings before filing them to insure all issues were covered.I had to threaten contacting Bar to get main issue settled.When child was emancipated he was asked to ensure child would received direct support from father if enrolled in college within 1 year of emancipation. He did not. Would not return phone calls to fix this error.
Wasn't worth the money, too expensive. Hensley was hard to get ahold of without an appointment. I talked mostly with associate in office about problems or when I was need for clarification of what was to happen or needed for court. Hensley did not represent all the facts and was not prepared for the case, in my opinion talked to other attorney and judge like they were friends instead of like my attorney
This attorney is sloppy, does not do provide the services that were promised prior to payment of the retainer. This attorney does not return phone calls in a timely manner, does not instruct the client in court ettiquete, demeanor, dress, and other details necessary to win a case! Literally shows up dressed for the day but has not done his homework to win. Plays the court game and encourages a plea bargain so that no work on his part is necessary to ensure a positive outcome for the client.
Kenny is riding on the coattails of his wife. He is not qualified to practice Law in the State Of Missouri. He sold me out to the State Of Missouri and don't believe him when he doesn't talk to his wife the District Attorney. He never returns a call except to tell you that he needs more money. The best way to handle this knuckle lawyer is have him disbarred. He took gifts from me screamed foul and vulgar remarks and then like a snake weaseled himself off my divorce. do not use him youll get it
