Hired Attorney

He was State Farm defender and partner in largest Alaska law firm. He is ethical (unusual in law). He is a clear articulate convincing speaker because he is thoroughly prepared with deep knowledge of previous rulings and their details. Judges who don't want to be reversed tend to side with him because they know from experience that what he says is accurate. He is a charming negotiator or stone wall according to the need. Naturally, he wins.
