We have experienced two opportunities for Jim to represent us and both times Jim has been unprepared for court and has argued very poorly for our case. the Judge reprimanded Jim for delaying his representation for an issue that the Judge felt should have been brough before him before it was. Furthermore, I provded Jim with a list of arguments that we wanted him to bring up and he did not discuss any of them with the Judge... As soon as we can retain a different Lawyer we will. Jim was inadequate

Hired Attorney Jim Jeffries

South Dakota I paid him 1,000 to help me and I did the hard part which he didn't want to do which was calculating the interest. It took me an entire day. Then he never spoke to me again. Every time I called he wouldn't talk to me then they would bill me $20 for a phone call. So I went down there once and they were both just gone.
