About Ellery Grey

Ellery Grey is a South Dakota native who grew up on a small family farm near Miller and graduated from high school in Pierre. Ellery received his law degree from Baylor Law School, which is consistently ranked by US News as one of the top trial schools in the nation. Ellery's education prepared him for trial and that's what he does in practice. Since entering the legal profession, Ellery has represented the accused at all levels of State and Federal court in South Dakota.

Hired Attorney

I found Ellery Grey while I was in South Dakota. Ellery is very professional and explained all my options. We meet when ever needed and he responded to calls and questions as fast as possible. I ran into a few issues with posting bond and Ellery was right there to ensure all went as smooth as possible. Ellery was very good in the court room. He shines when he gets in front of a judge and knows his case law inside and out. He corrected the judge on a bail issue and got my bail set that day.
