Working with this firm was so easy, from the first visit they were very professional and knowledgeable. They went over everything and answered all our questions. The time frame to have everything done and ready to sign was very fast, and when we came in to sign our documents they went over and explained all of it to make sure we understood it. I would recommend them to anyone that needed estate planning.

I am very pleased with the estate plan created by Mr. Wesolick and staff. I feel it is very comprehensive and all avenues are addressed. He explained in detail the areas that I need to have a plan for. The final documents contained any areas that may arise and addressed completely. I did quite a bit of searching for an attorney who would update our wills and we are happy we chose Mr. Wesolick. After our initial consultation, we decided on a more comprehensive package that included not only our wills but power of attorney, health care POA, living wills and personal property. His assistants were very professional and provided excellent communication. We give him a high recommendation.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
