Loads of experience. A true litigator. Doesn't allow the bad press that he gets from the opposing parties slow him down. He really delivers for his clients and I found his office to be very professional and caring. I can now understand why certain people seem to hate him. It sucks when he represents your ex. But, boy is it awesome when he represents you.
This was my second lawyer in a 5 year long divorce. He was very expensive but in the long run, was less expensive than the first pathetic excuse for a lawyer that I first hired. In the end, he did not resolve the divorce, I did. He just reviewed the paperwork we were going to submit to the court. The state of CA and it's lawyers have no interest in ending (in my opinion) a case thus I felt forced to initiate the action to end it. I hope I never have to deal with the legal system again.
I found the work of this attorney to be of poor quality and that his billing practices were questionable.
I had an awful experience with this attorney over-billing He has been arrested 2 times. He lost a malpractice case for failure to protect a minor and was ordered to pay #320,000. I hired him and he did not perform the services. I paid him approximately $20,000 and he showed up to court unprepared and said on the record he was not competent to represent me.
