I am a Retired Official Court Reporter from Los Angeles Superior Courts. I was referred to Cornell Hatcher, Esq. by a Retired Court Clerk who highly recommended him. I hired the Law Offices of Miles & Hatcher to represent me and my wife in a personal injury case. The insurance company of the person that rear ended us questioned the legitimacy of our claim and told us that we would not be compensated for the injuries suffered from the accident. In 2012 my ex filed restraining orders and for divorce. Her attorney called me and told me I had court in the morning. The next morning I didn't even get to see the judge and was ordered to move out my house by 5:00pm and couldn't contact or see my boys. My Uncle recommended me to Miles & Hatcher because he used them for his divorce and was happy with the results. I had two different attorneys before I hired this firm. During the first consultation they explained what they could do and we were in court in two days. I was awarded primary custody of my son and my ex husband's visitation was suspended. My husband owned his own business and they were able to prove what his real income was and finally the court ordered him to pay child and spousal support. My experience was very positive I really felt like I had someone finally fighting for me.
Very very professional staff I used them for my divorce. Everything I asked for and more they got it done. Kept me up to date on all the proceedings. Gave me every possible scenario for my divorce. All required paperwork was done ahead of schedule. You really get your money worths with this law firm. I could have gotten taken to the cleaners by my ex. But I walked away from my divorce in control. If you have large and complicated assets I would definitely go with this team.
