I like Janet a lot as a person but not as a lawyer. When her secretary quit, her organization and attention to my case virtually disappeared. She gave me advice that I questioned repeatedly and that turned out to be wrong. She told me the day for my court date but didn't contact me to tell me what time or which courtroom, despite my phone calls trying to get an answer. I had to call my (now) ex-husband to ask him for the details, which was more than a little embarrassing.
Simply did not respond to calls and repeatedly left me hanging; ended up causing me to lose my buyer.
Ms Gerard repeatedly overbills and undercommunicates. As an example, billing statement: read email, sent email, read response. 45 minutes of her billing time instead of standard 15 Never responded to emails towards the end and charged me like an hour of her exorbinant rate when I texted Bad hombre
