He was not shown much respect by opposing counsel, and an embarrassment in his cross-examination of witnesses - his client had to suggest questions or comments for him. After losing the case, he threw up his arms and said,"[S]orry... Gotta go... I'm late for a closing."
Poor communications. Paid a high cost for a minimal amount of substandard work billed at professional rates. Demonstrated lack of due diligence and negligence throughout, making errors in every document prepared, including a material legal error of mislabeling the Plaintiff and the Defendant in the divorce judgement, leaving me liable for a debt for almost $4,000 that I was not responsible for prior to this action.
