Winston S. Kirby, an attorney at EdwardsKirby, continues a family tradition of serving North Carolinians, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, J. Russell Kirby, a former attorney and State Senator, and his father, David Kirby, a respected legal professional with over 40 years of experience. Winston’s practice focuses on wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, trucking and automobile accidents, motorcycle collisions, sexual abuse, and product liability cases. He is a dedicated advocate for justice, achieving significant results for his clients, including multiple multi-million-dollar settlements. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A., 2011) and Campbell Law School (J.D., 2015), Winston participated in the Campbell Law Innocence Project and externed at the Wake County District Attorney’s Office. He also honed his trial advocacy skills at the Academy of the Advocate in Scotland, earning recognition for his exceptional closing arguments. Winston is actively involved in the North Carolina legal community as a member of the North Carolina Bar, Tenth Judicial District Bar, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and Wake County Bar Association.
