I worked with Robert Herford for my personal Injury case, and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me during the entire process. Right from the first phone call, he explained how everything worked/was going to work, answered all my questions (I had a lot), he was unbelievably kind and patient with me. He communicated with me timely and frequently on how the case would go and how it was moving. I was injured and had never worked with a lawyer before, Robert made the process seem simple and always put my mind at ease. My dad had some questions about my case also and Robert even took the time to speak with him and answer my dads questions and I truly appreciated that. We settled my case and Robert definetly fought on my behalf, I highly recommend working with him.

Don't Trust this group they all work in cahoots and even if you want to choose your own attorney they somehow make sure that you can't. I hated my attorney Justin. Not only do I feel like they bs me but they all worked in cahoots to make sure I was limited in my settlement. Not only did I get laughs but they told me that I looked to good to be injured. So basically bc I was not showing pain they didn't see a need for me to care or even be compensated. I knew before though that they were all looking down on me especially when my attorney would say "I'm here for you" but got mad any time that I disagreed with anything. Then it's been over a month and they keep making excuses about the amounts, the services, and etc in order to gain more money. Now I'm hearing all kinds of excuses why I haven't gotten my check yet and they continue to still play mind games. Telling me I have to sign all kinds of paper work and still wait 2 days to be paid. I have filed multiple complaints. don't recommend

does not communicate properly throughout case. intimidates to corner client into doing what they want. and does not follow through with actions against defendants that are requested by the client. steer clear!!
