Hired Attorney Mr. John Silverstein

Mr. Silverstein is in charge of Grievances at the NC State Bar. I have filed grievances against 3 NC attorneys that acted as arbitrators in a dispute with a NC company.
Instead of addressing the very serious complaints, Mr. Silverstein's replies are that they can not reverse the arbitrators decision, as I am asking. I am not asking that. I ask for disciplinary actions. It is clear that Mr. Silverstein is trying to protect these individuals. This is unacceptable. www.openlettertoNCstatebar.com

Hired Attorney Mr. John Silverstein

Silverstein made a mistake in registering the deed when I purchased a condo in 2002. It wasn't until after I closed when I later sold the condo in 2010 that the mistake had been made. It took several days after the closing until I was able to receive my money from the condo sale.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
