My closing was scheduled a month ahead. There was very little communication for mail away closing. The logistics etc... On the top of it closing docs are to be received in advance. But did not receive till the last minute. Finally, it had errors. SO instead of communicating how we will proceed I had to chase and chase. Instead of clearly stating now the docs will not be mailed but will be sent electronically. And I have to print and get signed. But the sign area marking were all missing. I received it next day 4:00 pm demanding wire, notary close everything on same day like a mercenary. We have to excuse they took time till 4:00 pm to send package. In any case the closing got delayed for 5 days. There was not a ONE phone call to clarify things with me. The whole experience was hellish. You have much better attorney firms who will do better job
