I had a very simple question regarding what form to use and who should file the petition to get my son to immigrate and although Mr Suhr did give me the right form to fill out, the rest of his info was the opposite of what the Instructions were stating. The following day I called to point out the difference between his info and the instructions but they would not help in any way clarify the matter.
I wouldn't mind their poor customer service if they at least had given me the right!

We have spoken to Mrs. Lecourt, and have taken the necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction, we have agreed that it was a misunderstanding and this issue has been resolved. We pride our selves in providing the best customer service at a low rate.
