Hired Attorney

Mike Klinkosum was exceptional at handling my case. You was able to quickly resolve my case and was very helpful with helping me through it. He laid out all the options and possible outcomes professionally and compassionately. By the end he was able to win me a better outcome than I ever expected! He is a compassionate person and a great lawyer!

Hired Attorney

Claims prior experience for and accepts cases for which he is not qualified. Takes on too many cases and / or takes on cases for which he knows he cannot devote sufficient time. Constantly uses his work on other cases as an excuse for his lack of progress and / or communication on your legal matter. Not competent in civil matters. Has to consult with other attorneys in an effort to handle your legal matter. Mistake-prone and contradicts himself from one communication to the next.
