Hired Attorney Mr. Douglas Brown

My family had a good experience working with Attorney Doug Brown. My son was facing a serious assault charge that resulted as a result of him defending himself. Attorney Brown was very responsive and litigated his case with skill. My family is very thankful for his professional conduct in assisting us in proving my son's innocence. We will be forever grateful to Attorney Doug Brown.

Hired Attorney Mr. Douglas Brown

I would definitely not recommend this man! After explaining to him over the phone because he refused to meet in person, we agreed to a price which I paid. I hadn't heard from him for a few weeks so I contacted him. He wouldn't answer my calls but responded in text. He didn't do anything he said he would. He wouldn't call me back. I reminded him that my court date was coming up and asked if we could meet and discuss my case. No answer. I ended up having to pay another lawyer. To this day, I've never heard back, he kept my money. Worst "lawyer" EVER.

Hired Law Firm

I would in no way recommend Doug R. Brown for any legal representation. He has not spoken to me about my case since he was appointed. He is very rude and talks to women as second class citizens. He is not goal or business oriented. I had to report him the the state bar and contact his supervisor.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
