    Obtained summary judgment with regard to plaintiff's claims of Title VII retaliation
    constructive discharge, defamation,
    interference with prospective contract. Plaintiff claimed that he was terminated
    retaliated against after complaining to his supervisor about sexual harassment of a co-worker. Plaintiff also claimed that his supervisor defamed him
    interfered with his efforts to obtain a new job by giving plaintiff a false, negative reference. The Eastern District granted summary judgment as to all claims.
    Obtained a Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal of plaintiff's claims of fraud
    misrepresentation on an employer's behalf. Summary judgment was later granted with regard to plaintiff's sole remaining claim of breach of employment contract.
    Obtained a Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal in an employment case against a plaintiff whose claim of wrongful termination was preempted by the Labor Management Relations Act because he was a member of a local labor union
    the terms of his employment were solely governed by a collective bargaining agreement between the union
    the employer.
    Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a nonprofit corporation in which a member sought to have the nonprofit corporation dissolved
    a declaration that actions by the nonprofit corporation were ultra vires.
    Obtained summary judgment in favor of homeowners association
    country club with regard to plaintiff's claims that defendants did not have the right to sell property formerly used as a driving range.
    Obtained Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal of minor plaintiff's claims of constitutional violations
    negligence against school administrators.
    Obtained complete defense verdict in jury trial in favor of property owners in a hotly contested wrongful death case.
