I have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Hensarling on two occasions. The first instance, he was kind and explained things thoroughly and unfortunately we didn't have enough evidence for a case. I appreciated his honesty. He also spent time to explain what we would need to gather for evidence in the event we were faced with the same situation. This last occasion, we were scheduled to speak, but then I discovered that my particular case would require an attorney licensed in another state and that he didn't have to call given that. I e-mailed him prior to our scheduled call explaining that and that I didn't want to waste his time. He still called and asked questions and gave some good advice. I really wish I could have hired him because I know he would have been an amazing attorney given that he still took the time to discuss my case even though he knew he couldn't represent us.
