Absolute pathetic "lawyer" (liar) , promises the world but terrible communication , he's been disciplined 2 times by the NC Bar Association , he was on a strict probation period with them for 3 years. My wife is trying to get our files back from him so we can hire another personal injury attorney , it's been 5 years since he's had the case and no progress yet!! He is fired and will not get a penny from us. ZERO stars.

Jim seemed personable & caring when I met him. Unfortunately he wasn't the professional he first portrayed. He doesn't file paperwork, email or call when he says he will. He apologizes, but still fails to follow through. It's been 3-1/2 years since my accident. We're still waiting to see the final copy of our demand letter. I've not heard from him since June. I've been through enough physically and emotionally from the accident without having the added stress of Jim's lack of communication.
