Hired Attorney

Working with this attorney was a great experience, he and his secretary made this process for myself and my family very easy. It was doing 2007 I was going through a very terrible time in my life with back problems, surgery and hardly able to walk, I had to solely depend on my wife, son & daughter. It was very early one Saturday Morning, my wife got up and sat down at the computer, very determined to find a disability attorney for me. She prayed and asked God to help her find me a good attorney and that morning God did help her do just that. It was then my wife ran across Attorney James Michael Duncan, she read his information, and it seemed to connect with me the type of person we were looking for. To tell you he was truly a God sent to us would be an understatement, he and his staff were awesome! I, am sorry it has taken me so long to come forth with my story but I am hoping that maybe it will help someone else. And, yes they did win my case for me. I pray for you the same.8-27-23
