This lawyer is out to fraud his clients and disabled children. He looks for ways to get clients money and then, intentionally, throws the case so it would not go forward in Federal Court. Then, he passes the case to a lawyer in his firm who has no prior season legal experience in federal court to handle the case and will cause the case to be dismissed. He doesn't communicate with client. He will not giove you any of the records in your case and leaves the client in the dark not knowing what is going on. The Federal Court Clerk recommends to file a Complaint with the NC State Bar and Federal Bar agains this lawyer, and Moses Brown. James Hairston's behavior and Moses Brown are out of control and should not practice law. I hope the NC State Bar gets them for the damages they have caused their own client and for running off with their client's money. Because of James Hairston's threatening behavior as a unethical lawyer, don't hire him at all. You will be sorry if you do!
This attorney gave me misleading information concerning his services and experience. After hiring him to handle my case, he passed it to a rookie lawyer with little experience. Unfortunately my experience with his firm was terrible and I would not recommend hiring him
