Beware of this attorney! Beware of this man. Don’t take any advice from him or his practice. Don’t give him any retainer. Don’t allow him to be involved in your case. Just don’t have anything to do with him.

Robert Howard Jr, learning from his father, shifts blame for everything onto men, because in a court of law it’s the easiest thing to do. He hides behind his false narratives, his false system of personalized beliefs, and women. He’s an expert at “ white horsing,” trying to create issues of someone needing saving, when no one needs it. He's a few bags of cookie cutter tricks that revolve around 1) blaming males, 2) making women seem incapable of decisions, 3) making all women seem controlled by an evil puppet master. It’s the easiest route in court and only demonstrates his incapability as an effective attorney. Robert Howard Jr. will hide issues from his client, then after burying them in total propaganda, hide behind an unrealistic, self indulgent, condition of morality that doesn’t exist. He will help the opposing party manufacture events that don’t exist. Shortly, this man belongs in prison.

Total fraud, weak, corrupted lawyer. Will sell you down the river, lie to you, refuse to perform his duty to his client. Will make deals that benefit him and opposing counsel. Refute to listen and shut his foolish mouth. This guy is garbage! Run away!

RH jr. allowed the opposing attorney to run the show. He allowed false info to be filed. He allow crimes committed against his client through the court, He allowed client to be stalked and harassed, vehemently. He refused to bring up any issues of Jurisdiction. He refused to file a bunch of relevant motions. He refused to subpoena witness within the state of NC, and said he was not allowed to subpoena police officer from another state that could have appeared online. He did not subpoena relevant MD record to impeach witness testimony, anything they did that was criminal he ignored. He allowed a court to exercise personal jurisdiction over out of state defendant who merely travelled to court over child custody. He tried turning his own clients expert witness against her, and then collaborated to falsify what other expert witnesses stated. he then deleted his own clients expert testimony, because it didn't fit the false narrative they collectively manufactured.

He keeps getting his clients reviews taken down. This is why after decades he has no clients reviews. He refuses to respond for months on end. He said he was going to do all types of things he never intended. He’s a horrible attorney.Do not hire this man or his firm. He will con you into giving him money, refuse to bring huge issues to the court attention, allow the opposition to do whatever they want. This man only represents the court, not his clients wishes. He is a thief, fraud, and liar. He not only didn’t call a single witness to refute wild claims, he tried turning his own client expert against her and then conspired to eliminate that expert testimony. This is the most ridiculous man practicing law. He tried brainwashing his client, misled and misrepresented information to his clients.
