    Assisted in a six-week environmental trial in which 75 plaintiffs sought in excess of $225, 000, 000 for injuries arising from purportedly contaminated drinking water from a private water system. Trial resulted in a complete defense verdict, with the plaintiffs ordered to pay defendants' costs at trial.
    Established new precedent in North Carolina by obtaining dismissal of all extra-contractual claims against a surety company on performance bonds.
    Obtained dismissal by Plaintiff's counsel in Woodson case the next day after filing motion for summary judgment with brief regarding the issue.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
