I contacted this attorney for a consultation to assess whether we'd be a good fit. However, my initial impression was less than favorable. He acted like a pompous arrogant jerk. I Found another lawyer.
Gave him $750 upfront and after 18 months of being neglected he finally agreed to refund half of the money back, After I had to call the police on him to get his attention in front of his law office in downtown Raleigh 911 Newbern Ave. the few times I had talked to him, I was the one who had a call every time and he always said “I have been in court all day” and he would call me Brittany, he had no idea who I was or what my case was. Friends, family and the police department told me to report him to the bar- I brought this up to him and he called me and said I was committing extortion. He’s a master manipulator to those who can be easily manipulated so be careful I knew he was lying to me the whole time.
